2025-2026 Application
BEEP encourages families to first apply through the UPK portal and then complete and submit BEEP's own application. Whether you choose to apply through UPK or not, BEEP still needs to have parents complete our application in its entirety.

How to get an application-
- Print out the entire application from our website and fill out electronically using a PDF-compatible program, such as adobe. (may not be compatible with smartphones)
- Pick one up from BEEP
How to Submit an Application-
- Bring a completed paper copy with registration to BEEP (If doors are locked put in black lock box at the front door)
- Save the electronically filled-out Application to your device. Email it to [email protected] or print and drop it off. (Make sure you email the filled-out copy, not the original download).
Be sure to include the registration payment
Double-check that ALL signature lines are signed or your application will not be considered complete!
How to pay $125 Application Fee-
- Check payable to BEEP
- Online via PayPal (A $5.00 credit card transaction fee will be added)
- Call 970-884-7137 with credit card number
Pay Application Fees
There is a $5.00 charge for the credit card transaction fee. This format uses PayPal.
$130 One Child ($125 + $5)
$230 Two Children ( $125 + $100 + $10)
$45 Summer Camp One Child ($40 + $5)
$35 Summer Camp One Child If child attended during 2024-25 School Year ($30 + $5)
If you do not have PayPal you can choose the Debit or Credit Card option and continue as a guest.
